Old Man Emu Complete Nitrocharger Plus Suspension System for 2nd & 3rd Gen Tacoma (2005-2023)
Complete suspension kit using ARB’s new Nitrocharger Plus front struts & rear shocks and Dakar leaf springs. Along with Wheeler’s polyurethane bushings, extended U-Bolts, and driveline carrier bearing spacers, this kit provides everything you need to upgrade the suspension on your 4WD Tacoma or Prerunner. This kit includes ride-height adjustable 93000 front shocks, 4004 front coils, choice of EL111R or EL112R rear leaf springs with optional EL46XL heavy load leaf, 63091 rear shocks, U7754X U-bolt kit, ES-CS047-BUSH-KIT leaf spring bushing kit, and 300733-1-KIT driveline carrier bearing spacer kit.
Each Nitrocharger Plus shock comes with spacers to adjust ride height in increments of 5mm. Refer to the video on the Instructions tab for guidance on how to use the spacer to adjust ride height.
Choose the Unassembled option to assemble the struts & coils onto your stock strut mounts yourself. Choose the Assembled option to have us assemble the shocks & coils with new strut mounts.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- These struts are built-to-order items. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged if the order is canceled after strut assembly begins.
- If you are choosing the Assembled option, specify the ride height spacer you want on each strut in the order notes (None, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, or 20mm). If nothing is specified, we will assemble them with no ride height spacers. Ride height will vary depending on how your vehicle is configured (bumpers, suspension, winch, etc.). To correct for front drive-side lean, specify the driver’s side strut spacer to be 5mm higher than the passenger side strut spacer. If you are unsure what to specify, please contact the Sales team for expert guidance before ordering.
- Leaf springs are received from the manufacturer without packaging and are shipped to you without packaging. The paint finish will be scratched by the freight carriers during the shipping process. The leaf springs can be spray painted to cover any bare metal exposed during the shipping/handling process. It is best to wait till they are installed before you touch them up, they will be scratched further during the installation process.
