This is a new OEM Toyota Power Steering Pulley that bolts to the crankshaft pulley (harmonic balancer) This is used if your engine does not have Power Steering and you want to install it. It also can be used if your pulley is corroded or rusted so bad as to not allow for proper belt surface area or surface area quality.
This pulley bolts onto the crankshaft pulley using the supplied OEM Toyota bolts.
