Order Policies

Thank you for choosing Low Range Off-Road for your product needs.

Orders can be placed through our fully secure website 24 hours a day. We can also take orders through Phone at 801-805-6644 , Fax at 801-805-8188, or via E-mail at [email protected]. When placing orders, please have parts that you want in mind, shipping address and billing address if different, credit card information (card number, expiration date, 3 or 4 digit authorization code), and e-mail address. 


Our online store does NOT reflect live inventory on hand.

We do have thousands and thousands of parts on our shelves ready to go, but we are not able to stock everything at all times. We can drop-ship most items directly from suppliers to customers. Drop shipping is often just as fast and sometimes faster than shipping from our own warehouse.  If we don't have it here, we still might be able to get it to you.  Some parts are used in multiple products and are not "kitted" until that product is ordered. For these and other reasons we have no plans to show live inventory on the site. 

If there are any back-ordered items on your order, we will contact you with options as soon as we can.  If you would like to check availability of an item please contact us by phone.  We recomend verifing your orders' availability if on a time constraint. 

Shipping Time Frames

We try to ship most orders within 3-5  buisness days of order placement. That being said, we do get behind at times. Monday is generally our busiest day as we are shipping all weekend orders that have imported from the website. It does taper down some toward the end of the week.

Forms of Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and generally do not include shipping cost. You can convert currency using (Note that currency values change by the minute so the same amount today might be different from tomorrow.)

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as well as Money Orders, Bank Certified Checks, Cash, PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfers.

We DO NOT offer open accounts or CODs.




Low Range Off-Road respects our customer's privacy. All phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, and other contact information is used solely for the purpose of successful ordering and shipping of Low Range Off-Road parts. We will never release or sell your information to any company or organization. Please note that if items are drop shipped, our supplier will get your shipping address and possibly Phone # only for shipping use.

Web site visitors: In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a user name will be stored on the server.

How the Information is used: The information is used to enhance the visitor's experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising. E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties. E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.

 Visitor Options: If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive. You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings but this may prevent you from access to certain features of the website.

Cookies: “Cookies” are small digital signature files that are stored by your web browser that allow your preferences to be recorded when visiting the website. Also they may be used to track your return visits to the website. 3rd party advertising companies may also use cookies for tracking purposes.


Form Submission security: When you submit a form on this website a secure server is used. We use industry standard data encryption for transmission of any personal information including credit card details you provide online. Known as TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, you can check that this is active by looking for the padlock symbol on many browsers. TLS allows a secure connection between your web browser and our web server, using a private (or secret) key to encrypt the information. Only those pages of our site that capture customer data are encrypted. Since it is not necessary to encrypt every page (and if we did it could slow down our website) we only encrypt website pages that transmit sensitive customer information to our web server.

Ecommerce Security: We use PCI Compliant third party payment gateways ( to process credit cards online. We do not store your credit card details online. All credit card transactions are processed online in real time and protected by industry established security standards. When you purchase products via our website, a secure server is used. We use industry standard data encryption - TLS (Transport Layer Security) - protocol for transmission of any personal information including credit card details you provide online. You can check that this is active by looking for the padlock symbol on many browsers or by checking that the first part of the page URL starts with https. TLS allows a secure connection between your web browser and our web server, using a private (or secret) key to encrypt the information. This encryption provides greater consumer protection than many forms of offline credit card payments.

Shipping Methods

We Ship Worldwide via UPS, United States Postal (USPS), and DHL.
Different orders are shipped using different methods. Our default shipping method in the states is UPS.

We ship all international orders fully insured.

Some orders for larger items such as bumpers need to be shipped via truck freight and may not be able to ship overseas.




Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are available on most orders and you should automatically get them emailed to you as the item is shipped. If your order or part of your order is shipped directly from our supplier, we will pass on all tracking numbers that we are provided to the customer. Some of our suppliers do not automatically provide tracking so you may not always receive one.

Application and Fitment

It is ultimately the customers responsibility to determine that the parts ordered are the correct items for your application and vehicle. We will work with you in any reasonable means to insure the product fits your vehicle or application. Please call or email us for technical assistance on application and fitment to your vehicle prior to ordering. We also send out order confirmation emails prior to shipping so the customer can verify the products on order are correct.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Trail-Gear, Inc. will only accept returns 60 days from the ship date.
  • If products are purchased through one of our authorized dealers, you MUST contact the dealer for any return, exchange, and warranty needs and they will then contact us. We cannot accept any return, exchange, or warranty that is not submitted this way.
  • You MUST include completed Return, Exchange, and Warranty Form inside the box with products being sent to us – any returns or warranties sent in without required paperwork will be held for 15 days and then returned to stock or scrapped, depending on the condition of product.
  • Lifetime Warranty means ONE time replacement within the lifetime of originally purchased product.
  • Trail-Gear will only cover shipping costs for warranties – shipping to and from Trail-Gear, Inc. for any return or exchange is at the expense of the customer.


All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning any products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside. Any returns made without the necessary information to clearly identify the sender will be held for 15 days and then returned to stock.

Please read and complete our Return, Exchange, Warranty Form before sending in products.

Core Returns

With all parts requiring a core, the entire core must be in a condition so it can be rebuilt or refurbished and can be sent out to another customer in a “LIKE NEW” condition. This means that all hard parts must be reusable. Bearings, gaskets, and seals are replaced. Cores that do not come in a complete reusable condition, will ONLY be given credit for the parts of the core that can be reused. Core checklists are available for transfer cases and transmissions on the item pages of the website.
Cores must be returned within 30 days of delivery for full credit.


Warranties fully depend on the part in question. Some parts are warrantied through Low Range directly and some will be handled direct through the appropriate manufacture. Please contact us first to find out what the correct way of going about a warranty is. You may be responsible to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or service. We will “go to bat” for you and assist in any way we can if prompted by the manufacturer. All shipping charges to and from Low Range Off-Road or the manufacturer are to be covered by the customer on warranty issues.

Shipping Claims

Damaged or lost goods are the sole responsibility of the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL). Title of merchandise passes from shipper to carrier after it leaves our doors and to the customer on delivery. All parts should be thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure every parts is in good working order. We will do all we can to fix any problem that may happen. Upon carrier approval, re-shipments of product will then be carried out.

If a replacement shipment is required, we are only able to ship by the same method as the original shipment unless the customer wants to pay for upgraded expedited methods.

Online Prices

We try and keep our online prices and shipping quotes accurate, however there are times they might not be. In which case we do reserve the right to either negotiate a new, fair, price with you or cancel the order. Either way you will be notified of the discrepancy as soon as we can.

Product Use

Rock crawling and off-road driving are inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by Low Range Off-Road, LC are sold with intention for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Low Range also strongly recommends that all products be installed by trained professionals only.


We are not affiliated with Suzuki, Geo, Chevrolet, Toyota, or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof. To our knowledge, this site and it's contents are not supported or endorsed by Suzuki, Geo, Chevrolet, or Toyota. All names, logos, slogans, etc., are properties of their respective owners. Trademarked names appear throughout this site. Rather than list the names and entities that own the trademarks or insert a trademark symbol with each mention of the trademarked name, the page owners state that it is using the names, logos, slogans, etc., only for editorial purposes and to the benefit of the trademark owner with no intention of infringing upon that trademark.
