Trail Slayer Samurai 4 Link Coil Suspension System
This is what the market has been waiting for! A production full 4 link front and rear coil suspension system that utilizes the popular Toyota axles. Now you can take advantage of Trail Tough's years of professional Rock Crawling competition experience and design. The 'Trail Slayer' series component kits will dominate the trail and leave the competition in the dust. This Samurai kit provides a 100' wheel base and allows for tire sizes from 35' to 42'. (40" shown in pictures) Huge articulation yet stable as a ROCK!! You will be cutting off the front and rear of your frame and the slide on the new frame ends and weld them up. The Frame link mounts are bolt on and the axle mounts are all laser cut to fallow the axle for easy welding.
Kit comes with Suspension only. Front clip, cage, tube doors and rear tube cap sold separately on our body and cage pages.

4.5" Deluxe Weld-On Spring Over Axle Kit
We here at Low Range Off-Road have run several of the different
spring over axle kits out there and know that some vendors
have their good and bad points in there SPOA kits. That is
why we put together a kit using what we think are the best
products on the Samurai market using mostly parts from Sky
Manufacturing.
If you have any questions on any products please give us a
call as we can substitute different products in if need be
including the Fully Adjustable Saddle Type Spring Over Axle
Pads, Ford Style Upper Front Shock Towers, and Spidertrax
Aluminum Rear Upper Shock Mount.
Kit will give you about 4 1⁄2" of lift and is weld
on.

Basic Weld-On Spring Over Axle Kit
This is the kit for those on a budget, or if you want to do
some things on your own.
Standard kit includes:

5" Basic and Complete Bolt-On Spring Over Axle Kit
Although not as reliable as out weldon kits, this kit takes the guesswork out of flipping your springs and eliminates all of the hassles involved with weld-on kits. This kit can be installed with factory springs, although to reduce axle wrap we recommend new lifted springs. This kit can be installed by anyone in their driveway with normal hand tools. The complete kit comes complete with laser crafted spring mount boxes with integrated shock mounts, bump stop extensions (not pictured), as well as complete Grade 8 hardware throughout for a trouble-free install.
Basic kit comes with what is pictured and Complete kit adds on DT3000 Series Shocks, 2 3/4" Driveline Spacers, our Coated Stainless Steel Brake Lines.

Sky YJ Leaf Spring
Swap Kits
Why would you swap out your Samurai springs for Jeep YJ Wrangler springs? Simply put, people strive for a better ride and more flex than those rock solid under-sprung old springs.
The YJ swap is one of the most common swaps for Samurai’s because the YJ springs are a 2.5" wide compared to the Samurai’s 2" springs allowing you to abuse them without the worry of tweaking or axle wrap, and second the YJ springs are at least 6 inches longer than the stock Samurai springs. The extra length gives you extreme flex, and of course- a better ride. All you need is a set of used or new Wrangler leaf springs taken from any 1987-1995 YJ’s. Most YJ’s had 4 leaf front and 5 leaf rears to take care of axle wrap. It was not uncommon for some to have 6 leaf springs. You can use any of these springs in the front or rear location.
This kit with stock height YJ springs should give you an additional 2.5 inches of lift from a spring over depending on the condition of the springs. Also can be used in a spring under configuration too.
Front kit is a missing link setup that pushes your front axle about 1" forward. Also a nice option is that you can bolt up the front missing link if you want to do away with the missing link setup.
Both kits are fully bolt-on and come with all needed mounting brackets, hardware, shackles, and u-bolt plates.

New remake 6 leaf YJ springs. Fits both front or Rear and great for the YJ kits above. We do recomend pulling off the bottom leaf to make them a 5 pack leaf spring. Does not include bushings.

Sky Full Shock Mount
Kit
You will have more shock travel then you will ever need with
this combo. Kit includes front upper weld-on shock hoops,
rear upper bolt-on shock mount, and lower weld-on shock mounts.
With the front upper hoops and front lower mounts you will
be able to run up to a 10 longer shock than using factory
mounts. No geometry changes are made, and no fender well cutting
is necessary. These allow the use of eye style shocks, and
they just plain look trick! Constructed from 1"
.120" wall ERW tubing, and self-aligning.
The rear upper shock mount allows the customer the choice
of 3 positions of shock placement, giving anyone the position
they will need. 100% bolt on, laser cut solid steel construction,
perfect for SPOA vehicles needing longer shocks to maximize
travel. Note: if you run a modified exhaust system, this mount
may interfere as it hangs down about 2" lower that the
stock mounts.
These lower shock mounts are perfect for the those looking
to maximize shock length on there Samurai. Constructed of
3/16ths thick laser cut steel plate and CNC machined shock
studs. Stud fits the most common 5/8ths eye style shock bushing.
The mounts do not hang below axle avoiding any ground clearance
issues. These lower mounts are the best on the market in our
opinion. No doubt the best shock mount kit for your Samurai
available.

for even more savings.

Sky 1 & 2 Inch
Body Lifts
1" and 2" body lift kit for the Samurai, include
heavy duty graphite body blocks, longer metric bolts, custom-built
stud connectors, and instructions. Installs in approximately
2 hours. Perfect for fine tuning the fit of larger tires to
your vehicle or for clearing the hood with larger engine swaps.
These kits are a must if you want an economical way to maximize
the lift on your Samurai.

Calmini Shackle Reversal System
This kit is a good way to inprove handling and ride quality when you are sticking with factory style Samurai Springs. Allows front axle to trail down the road and over big obstacles - the way it should have been designed. Proper caster angles are maintained, which means an excellent handling vehicle on road, as well as providing a 2 inch lift that improves ride quality. Contrary to myth, the kit does not reduce forward approach angle. It actually improves with the lift kit. One piece laser formed tower is ultra strong. The kit comes with laser crafted 1-piece front tower assemblies, front heavy duty cross-member, bell shackles, boomerang shackles, bump stop extensions, polyurethane bushings and new hardware. The kit is fully bolt-on and requires no drilling cutting or welding to install.
