Double Tube Rear Bumper and Swing Away Tire Carrier
This replacement double tube rear bumper is crafted from 1/4" think steel plate that forms a complete mounting frame that houses the factory rear lights and also incorporates built in tow points. The bumper mounts directly to the frame and is ultra strong. The bumper is topped with diamond plate for a rugged look and useful step surface. The bumper corners and ends are also formed from 1/4" plate steel and completely welded for maximum rock or tree stump protection off-road! This bumper cannot be built any stronger and is the perfect compliment any front bumper. Bumper comes complete with mounting hardware and is finished in semi-gloss black powder coat for extra corrosion resistance.

The swing away portion of the bumper rides on self lubricating Delrin bushings and provide easy one hand operation for movement of the carrier. The bumper will clear up to a 33" tall tire and also utilizes the factory rear tail lights for an easy install. The swing away carrier also includes a mount plate that can be used to mount a Jerry can for extra gas or a Hi-Lift jack as shown in the picture above. ZOR Rock Crawler Rear Bumpers
These are Heavy Duty Rear Bumpers. Made from 3/16th" flat steel plate CNC punch pressed then folded on a 100 ton press. Heavily welded in corners and seams for strength and durability. Includes all HD mounting hardware and a class 3 receiver. Does not include lights but can be purchased separately. As always with ZOR products it will be an easy install, some minor cutting of the stock license plate holder may be needed

ZOR Rear Tire Carrier
Introducing the new and improved tire carrier with new 3 point Hi-lift mount and Gas can Bracket. Specifically designed for any ZOR rear bumper. The support plate mounts to the Samurai lower frame and is welded on the top of the ZOR bumper. This new design will fit Tin Tops, Fiberglass tops and Soft top Samurais in all years (86-95). Rock Solid and TRAIL PROVEN. Also great for DIYs who make their own bumper.

Spare tire holder can be set up for Suzuki 5 lug pattern or Toyota 6 lug pattern rims using three correct size Metric studs to match your specific application. Huge tires no problem!

Made from 2.5” x 2.5” Square tubing with threaded “T-handle” release. Utilizes two oversized tapered bearings and a 7/8th” grade 8 pivot bolt for ultra smooth pivoting with no sag.

Safari Rear Bumper
Constructed of reinforced high strength steel and designed with innovation and a bold new attitude in mind, the Safari Rear Bumper for for Suzuki Samurai's is a masterpiece that will have people stopping you on the road and the trail.

Basic construction consists of a formed plasma cut 10 gauge body with 3/16" square tubing internal reinforcements. With the lights being larger than the competition's, our rear bumper still maintains an extremely high ground clearance to give you that extra edge on the trail. It wraps around each side of your Suzuki with high angle body protectors to help keep you Zuk's body protected and straight.

It comes with standard 4" incandescent lights that can be found at most any truck stop around the nation. Each light, red or amber, can be used as a stop/tail light or turn signal. The lights can also be swapped out for standard 4" LED's if you want to truly separate your Zuk from the crowd.

A 2" receiver hitch comes standard on all bumpers fully welded and structurally reinforced.

When it comes to mounting the Safari Rear Bumper to your Suzuki Samurai, you don't need to worry about having to do any welding or major fabrication. A lot of effort was put into designing a mounting system that took all the hassle out of it for the customer while providing the most strength and rigidity. Safari Rear Bumper and Spare Tire Gate
When it comes to bold designs, our New! Spare Tire Gate for Suzuki Samurai's is one that will be rocking the Suzuki enthusiast community as well as all those wishing they would have bought a Suzuki instead of a conventional four-wheel drive.
The heart of the design lies in the permanent corner protectors welded and gusseted to the Safari Rear Bumper. Constructed of 2" square 3/16" wall tubing, they provide a structure that can support the spare tire gate as well as the rest of the Safari Rear Bumper System accessories. Here at ZNO, we know that anything can happen on the trail. That's why we made sure they would be rugged enough to give you that extra protection against damaging the rear body corners.
The gate pivots on two high strength 1/2" ball lock pins that ride inside pre oiled bronze bushings. These unique bushings are impregnated with roughly 18% SAE 30 oil to allow for a virtually maintenance free joint. There's no need to worry about ball bearings filling up with dirt and needing to be repacked with grease. After much research and testing, we came to the conclusion that there was no need to have a high performance bearing capable of spinning at 5000 rpm for a gate that opens 90 degrees. The use of simple ball lock pins allows you to easily remove the gate and store it away when you don't need it.

With the Safari Spare Tire Gate you can hold up to a 35" tire with 5" of total backspacing (wheel + tire bulge) on the rear bumper of your Suzuki Samurai. It is the prefect alternative for replacing the stock spare tire mount which is commonly known for cracking and breaking off your tailgate. It is predrilled to accommodate both the Suzuki 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern as well as the Toyota and Wagoneer D44 6 on 6.5" pattern. Standard wheel studs and lug nuts are provided and installed for your specified application. The gate can also be used as an alternative to your Samurai tailgate, allowing easy access and great airflow.

One of the greatest parts about the Safari Spare Tire Gate is that it comes completely predrilled for all the current Safari Rear Bumper System accessories. You can piece your own bumper system together over time and never worry about having to pull out your hand drill to mount it yourself.

To mount your Hi-Lift Jack on our revolutionary system, simply set it in the socket and jack up against the urethane bumper. To remove it, flip the lever on the jack and lower it down as you would when
