Bushwacker Extended Fender Flares
These new flares look great. They come in your choice of 4.75" wide or full 6" wide from top to bottom - enough to cover a 14" wide tire. The extra width of the flares can give you additional protection, Make things street legal again, and an exciting look at the same time. They help to keep mud and road debris off the vehicle and come complete everything required for quick installation.
Flares come in basic black, and can be painted (instructions include information on painting). The Bushwacker flares are also 100% UV resistant.
 
Note: Flares are not made specifically for the Samurai. They are originally designed for the rear of the YJ Jeep Wranglers and the ones installed on the Samurai pictured are trimmed at the bottom to match body lines.

Mudbusters Fender Flares
Petroworks in conjunction with MudBusters is proud to introduce for the first time a true, Made for the Suzuki Samurai, 6" extended fender flare. MudBusters will replace your existing OEM fender flares. MudBusters require no drilling or cutting on to your existing sheet metal. Some modification is required if you wish to keep your existing body trim (rocker panel trim and rear bumper trim) Fits 1986 and up to early ‘90's.

Samurai Windshields
Are you squinting to see through a cracked spider webbed front windshield? Why not replace it with one of our Glass or our Lexan Polycarbonate Windshields for you Samurai.

Most ask "What is better?"

The Lexan Polycarbonate Windshield is 250% stronger than glass and will never break. It has a scratch resistant coating and produces less glare than glass. It also has a higher R rating so it holds in more heat in the winter and does not let heat in as much in the hot summer. If you roll the rig and bend the frame, the poly shield will pop out rather than break and send glass into your face.

So why do we still sell the glass one? The glass one will hold up better if your using it for mudding when you will be getting Gritty mud up thier and using your wipers. It will hold up to scratches better.

Both shields include a new rubber seal and either is a great place for a Low Range Off-Road Banner!

Door Glass Rubber Weather Stripping
Is your window rattling around in your door? These are the parts you need. New rubber seal for the door glass on your Suzuki Samurai. This is not factory, this is an aftermarket part that is far better than the factory stuff and will last longer. This is the one that runs up each side and over the top of the side windows. One kit does one window. The Lower Scrapes are factory replacements for those cracked or missing weather stripping that snap into the door right at the bottom of your window inside and out.

Samurai SJ410 Grill Replacement
Most like the look of the older SJ410 grill and it will fit your Samurai by replacing your grill. With a little work this gives a great look to you machine! Comes primed and ready to paint.

Hood Stay Prop, Clamp and Grommet Kit
Tired of your hood prop flopping around? Replace that bent or broken hood prop, clamp and grommet with a new one. The hood prop on your Samurai can wear into your radiator and cause a nice day on the trail to be ruined by a coolant leak. The hoop prop clamp and grommet kit is a cheap and simple repair for a common broken part on the Samurai. Simply remove hood prop from vehicle, insert grommet, new clamp, and re-install hood prop.

Samurai Antenna
Did it get ripped off by that tree? Replace it with our new Antenna. Uses factory mounting points and looks great!

Billet Removable Door Hinges
With these new Billet Aluminum Removable Door Hinges, you can safely and easily remove the doors from your Samurai whenever you want. No longer do you have to feel constrained within the tight cab of your Suzuki. Now you can enjoy the added elbow room and visibility of driving without doors.

These Billet Removable Door Hinges are only made from the finest of quality and strength of 6061 T6 aluminum. They have the same major dimensions as the stock hinges so there is no question that they will fit right back into the same position as before. Although, the hinging mechanism has been upgraded from stock. It has a larger 5/16" dowel pin to pivot on and the hinging sleeve is designed for the most strength possible without impeding the ease of removal.

To top it off, each set of Billet Aluminum Removable Door Hinges comes with a complete set of stainless allen head hardware. We know from experience that getting those old philips head bolts out can be quite destructive, so we want to make sure you have everything needed to get the job done and make your Zuk look really awesome!

Stage 1 and 2 - Quick Release Door Straps
Go door-less in 20 seconds or less with the addition of these. Two versions to choose from. Stage 1 used an X-treme Duty plastic connector that unclips in seconds. Stage 2 utilizes a machined aluminum block that you bolt to the body side and a HD seat belt style strap that loops over it. They will both allow your door to open just a little further than factory limits. Both kits come with two straps to do both doors. Stage 2 can be ordered with longer straps for roll cage applications.

Samurai Vent Visors
A great way to keep some of that rain or wind off you while still rolling your window down some. Not to mention they add a great look to you Samurai. No drilling required.

Half Doors
Everyone wants a better view on the trail. These doors are your ticket to adding a truly custom look to your Samurai without sacrificing function. They come with paddle handles, and both door hinges and are sealed to prevent rattling. This is a complete replacement door assembly and includes weather stripping. They are also a great trail mods since you get to dump the heavy factory doors. You loose about 75 pounds in the process. Contoured detail matches the Samurai body perfectly for a great look. Note: you do have to replace the factory hinges with the new ones. This kit does not allow you to trade out your factory doors quickly, you have to trade out hinges as well. Comes in either Standard Diamond plate finish, Powder coated diamond plate, or 12 Gauge Powder coated Steel.

Warrior Safari Roof Rack
The Safari Roof Rack is the great place to carry you gear that you cant fit in the Sami for your day on the trail. Although it can carry up to 400 pounds, we would suggest only 150 for off-road use. It is specially designed to allow removal of your soft-top or hard-top without having to remove the rack. This rack is built for strength and is powder coated black for lasting durability. Many accessories can go with your rack also.

Softop and Hardtop Tubular Safari Roof Racks
This roof rack is super strong for hauling loads of up to 200 pounds into the back country or securing loads while rockcrawling. Rack also allows for the Samurai to be equipped with up to 6 off road lights. Each rack is designed specifically for the Softop or Hardtop model Samurai and is build of 1" x .095 wall tubing. This helps to make the entire rack extremely strong but light in overall weight. The kits comes complete with all powder coated tube and support braces, hardware, and installation instructions. Softop kit requires minor drilling for complete installation.

Hardtop Kit is an entirely bolt-on installation.

Aluminum Door Handles
If you haven’t experienced it yet, you will. Nothing makes you more frustrated than not being able to get in or out of your own vehicle. Factory Samurai door handles have a history of breaking off. But there is an alternative to replacing with OEM breakable parts. These aluminum replacements are the way to go. Handles regularly come as a full kit but  can be purchased separately as available.

IPF H-4 7" Round Headlamp Replacements
Upgrade your dim stock Samurai sealed seam headlamps with a set of IPF H4 Headlamps and a set of IPF bulbs to meet your needs. This headlight provides long lasting performance and brightness well beyond your stock headlights. These H-4 headlamps replace your factory headlight with a double coated lens 3/8" hardened polished glass for extreme strength against rocks and chips, and against high heat situations. The lens is prism and column cut. With the high precision lenses and reflectors the bulb is capable of reflecting 100% of the light it produces. An overall enhancement upgrade to any existing "stock" sealed beam headlight. H4 bulbs are not included with the headlights, install a standard H4 bulb or go with a high performance H4 upgrade bulb for an additional enhancement. These incredible lights turn the night into day when you are driving and provides a sharp cutoff which means these lights shine less into the eye of oncoming drivers than your factory lights, while providing a dramatic increase in nighttime visibility on the highway, and off to the shoulder. IPF H4 Performance Bulbs
These High quality clear bulbs are available in different configurations and produce what they are rated at. Available in stock 55/60W bulbs, 80/110W High performance bulbs, or 100/170W bulbs designed specifically for race and off-road applications.
The higher wattage units (80/110, 100/170) are designed to be used high heat approved housings like IPF’s headlight replacements (above) and with IPF Performance Wiring Looms (below). Note: The higher heat output of the 100/170W bulbs can reduce life span. Price is for single bulbs.

IPF Fatboy II Super Clear and Max White H4 Bulb Pair Pack
These bulbs is an improvement to IPF’s existing Fatboy bulb by incorporating the latest in lighting technology that results in a brighter, but more efficient low and high beam. The Fatboy II Bulb uses an exotic high-pressure gas mix, coupled with a larger round bulb to create unrivaled brilliance. The unconventional bulb shape provides less loss of light from the filament. A stabilizer rod within the bulb extends the life of the filament even in the harshest of conditions. There are two different color options available, Super Clear (Clear) and Max White (Blue).

IPF Wiring Harness
If you're looking to run bulbs 'hotter' then the factory 55/60w setup, you should plan on upgrading your wiring harness. Without the harness you take a chance on melt-down of your factory complete harness and endless headaches of troubleshooting all systems affected. Keep it safe and simple with this plug in harness from IPF. It draws power straight form the battery and bypasses all factory wiring to power your lights. The relays are triggered by your factory headlight switch for ease of use. Everything plugs right in as well. No splicing or rigging to beef up your headlight system. Rear Diamond Plate Corners
Protect that rear corner. These diamond plate corners for your Suzuki Samurai can enhance the appearance of any vehicle. Also made of #3003 aluminum treadbrite, these corners not only look good, but are long lasting and very durable. Unlike chrome, they will never peel, flake or rust. Pre-bent and welded to form fit. Diamond Plate Rockers
Still got those plastic rockers under the doors? GET THEM OFF! They are nothing but rust traps. They collect water and after a while you have nothing left underneath them. These Diamond Plate Rockers are just what you need. If you already have the rust starting, these are the perfect coverup. They look great and give great protection. Curls under bottom corner about an inch also. Comes in either standard diamond plate or powder coated black. Kits comes with both sides.

Diamond Plate Trim Kit
The Diamond Plate trim kit is a 4 piece kit designed to replace the factory plastic trim on the B-pillar as well as the stock rear bumper end caps when running and aftermarket tube or plate rear bumper. Matches the diamond plate rocker panels for a rugged look. Kit comes complete with two B-pillar plates, two rear bumper end cap plates, pop rivets, and installation instructions. Comes in black powder coat and is made by Calmini.

Windshield Fold Down Kit
Unfortunately in the US, our softop model Samurai’s did not come with the option of a windshield fold down.
Every other country that has the Samurai had this as an option and we are now carrying the parts to do this on yours. All OEM Suzuki parts make up this complete kit to allow your front windshield to fold down.

Billet Aluminum Quick Release Windshield Hinges
These billet aluminum quick release windshield hinges made by Trail Tough make for quick and easy removal of your windshield and also just plain look good. Kit comes with both hinges to do one windshield.

Windshield Wiper Braces
Take a look at your windshield frame, at the passenger wiper, do you see a crack forming, its not to late, get our braces ASAP and prevent having to buy a new windshield frame. Laser cut from 18 Gauge #8 stainless steel. Included is stainless hardware, 3m adhesive backing , 3/32" drill bit, and instructions. Available in Black Powder coat by special request. Kit comes with both sides and is available for both the Soft and Hardtops.

Windshield Support Bras
The windshield Support Bra for Samauri Softop windshield frames. Finally a one piece bracket that supports everything, windshield wiper braces, light brackets and doorless mirror brackets all in a one piece design. Each kit comes with self tapping screws for a quick install. Made of .120" steel and powdercoated with a "silver vein finish". The mirror holes are already tapped and supplied with short 5 x 80 mm metric allen mirror screws. Available for Softtop and Hardtop models. Will not work with fold down windshield kits.

Poly Body Mount Kit
Replace those cracked and hardened or missing rubber pieces with this complete urethane body mount kit. Includes a replacement for every rubber body mount part with cushy yet durable red urethane.

OEM Replacement Body Mount Kit
Feel the difference! Replace those crumbling body mounts. This kit has all the necessary OEM parts to remount the body on fresh rubber.

Economy Door-Less Mirror Brackets
A cheaper way to get those mirrors back on the rig without your doors. The big difference is they are closer to the body so it may be tougher to see them. Made by Trail-Tough.

Windshield Light Brackets
This kit is a quick and easy way to equip your Samurai with off-road lights. These brackets made by Calmini are built to attach to the Softop windshield frame and support an off-road light on each side. They are laser crafted parts and come finished in semi-gloss black powder coat. These brackets will only work on the Softop or convertible Samurai.

Sky Windshield Light Tabs
After bending many thinner light tabs it was time for a change. They start with replacing the stock windshield frame mount with 3/16" plate steel, contoured to fit the frame, adding in a 3/16" light perch, and included stainless allen head hardware. The tab has a 5/8" hole that allows installation of most of today's popular lights and will not vibrate or bend. Unpainted Finish.

Trail Slayer Series Tube Doors
Your rig will look great with these Heavy duty 1.5" .120 wall construction tube doors. Uses OEM hinges for easy mounting and comes uncoated so you can paint them any color you want. Kit comes with 2-stage slam latches for a hassle free closing every time.

Trail Slayer Series Tube Front Clip
This will certainly turn heads! This complete bolt-on three piece kit uses Heavy Duty 1.5"  .120 wall tubing construction design for maximum hood and radiator protection as well as tire clearance. Mounts to factory door hinges in the rear and factory front body mounts under your grill in the front. Includes Zinc grill and 2 stage hood latch. Because of the 3 piece design this kit is able to ship UPS and is a direct bolt-on with no welding required. Just unwrap, paint and bolt on.

Trail Slayer Series Rear Fiberglass Tub Cap

Bolt-On Hitch
This kit is a bolt-on hitch plate for the rear bumper of the Samurai. Hitch has 1000 lb. towing capacity. The part is finished in bright gold zinc plating and comes complete with mounting hardware.
