Rear Driveline Disconnect
This compact unit simply replaces the rear drive shaft flange of the Samurai transfer case. It is a great alternative for the Samurai owner who can take advantage of the benefits of all of the various new transfer case gearing options and have the ability to "burn-turn" or do front wheel digs......just like the guys with the Atlas cases! This rear drive disconnect made by Trail Tough works not only for the serious wheeler's burn-turning needs, but also works excellent for disconnecting the drive shaft for guys who just want to flat tow. Twin Stick Shifter Interior Boots

Here is some info for those wondering what a twin stick does and why you need one. A twin stick shifter is by far the best way to allow your case to have low range gearing in both four wheel and two wheel drive. A whole new option to make the trail that much more fun. Another great thing that the twin stick adds is a "true neutral" for those towing their Samurai.  The stock Samurai case does not have a true neutral. This means that if you tow your rig, all the gears in the case, front driveline, front axle and transmission are all turning adding unneeded wear to your components.  
 
A good Twin Stick Kit is a far better route than the "Sloppy-H", "Reverse-S" and other pattern changes in the market.

Transfer Case Output Shaft Pilot Bearing
This small bearing can go bad as well as break and is an easy replacement while rebuilding your case or installing your new lower gears.

HD Transfer Case Front Output Shaft
Putting in lower transfer case gears and really getting on the throttle can sometimes damage the front output shaft. This results in a loud popping noise under load and is detrimental to the life of the output shaft. Repeated popping of the front output shaft gear will result in gear failure and loss of power to the front axle. In 1994 Suzuki upgraded the output shaft and stopped using the older style shaft that was prone to failure.

These later style shafts are a drop in replacement for 1986-1993 transfer cases. You can see the difference in the picture, the older version is on top and the upgrade on the bottom.  This upgrade is especially good for transfer cases that have lower than stock gearing in them because the lower the gear, the higher the torque load going through the gear.

The front output gear can be installed without full dis-assembly of the transfer case. Only the front output cover needs to be removed to install this gear. Replace your older gear now and keep it in your tool box as a trail spare. Fits 1986-1995 Suzuki Samurai's.

Sloppy Shifter Fix Bushings and Bolts
Is your transfer case stuck in neutral? Is your Transmission shifter sloppy? These are some of the most common problems with the Suzuki Samurai. Replace those stock shifter bushings and shifter bolt with the new and improved polyurethane or brass replacements and new OEM bolts.

Rock4x HD T-case Mounts
By far the best on the market today! Made from two separate studs just like the factory mounts but poured from 75 durometer urethane instead of soft tear-able rubber. They will be a bit stiffer than the stock ones but through tests they are less restrictive than other aftermarket mounts. These will be the last bushing you will ever purchase. Rock4x High Clearance Transmission Crossmember
Is that factory crossmember in the way of your front driveline? It is a very common problem when you lift your Samurai and add more flex to the front end. Suzuki did not know what we would be doing to them when they designed the Samurai frame. Don’t know what to do?

Rock4x has given us a fully bolt on alternative. The new crossmember bolts on to the frame on each side and utilizes two OEM transfer-case rubber mounts or the New Rock4x HD T-case Mounts. It keeps things vibration free and allows you to cut that old crossmember out of the way.
Note: You still have to leave a small part of the passenger side crossmember attached to allow your transfer case to mount up correctly.

These drivelines are TOP quality and are heavy duty! They feature strong 1/2 ton u-joints and are available with double cardan CV joints to minimize driveline vibration with a range of motion up to 28 degrees. These shafts come ready built to match your rig from about 4.5" to 7" of lift and ship within days of the order. If custom lengths are needed it only takes 3-5 days before shipment. Specify flange size and flange to flange measurement when ordering.

Calmini HD Drivelines
These new drivelines feature a 3" longer stroke in slip that the factory driveline and as great for use in all lifted application, especially SPOA utilizing the Calmini Shackle Reverse Kit. The driveslines feature heavy duty 1310 series U-joints and are also available with a C.V. joint end for the rear shaft. By using a stronger tube and better overall design the Samurai sees an increase in the useable operating angle range making it a great improvement over stock. Front line is 28" collapsed, 31 3/4" extended. Rear line is 19 1/4" collapsed, 23" extended. Rear w/CV line is 19 1/4" collapsed, 23" extended. Trail Tough 1" and 2" Extended Slip Yokes
Extended slip yokes available in 1" or 2" longer than stock sizes. These can be used with the stock shaft portion of your driveline and do not cause an increase in u-joint operating angle as do the spacers. $35 core charge.

Drive Line Spacers
Adding lift to your Samurai usually over extends the slip yokes on the drive shafts. The easiest and most cost effective fix is adding a drive shaft spacer. Doing so avoids the hassles of making a new drive shaft, which is not only difficult but expensive. The spacer works by attaching between drive shaft flanges. Each kit comes with new bolts, nuts, and lock washers. Unlike other drive shaft spacers on the market, each spacer is double anodized blue for superior corrosion resistance. Plus our zinc plated hardware will not rust like other kits using black oxide.

Each kit comes with new bolts, nuts, and lock washers. Choose from 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4". Specify 86-89 or 90-95.

Note: Although we try our best to keep these in stock, due to the popularity of these spacers, stock issues can arise on some sizes of spacers from time to time. We have found that most customers do not mind, so you may get a non-anodized spacer in place of the blue anodized spacers pictured. Prices are the same. We will try to inform you of this upon order. If this is an issue please let us know if you want to wait for the anodized ones.

Toyota Drive Line Adapters
It is a well known fact that Samurai drive lines weren’t the strongest ever built. Fortunately there is a great low cost alternative to custom made drive shafts. These spacers allow you to replace the stock pretzel you just bent with a much stronger Toyota drive line. They are also a good thing to have when you are doing the common Toyota axle swap.

Many times when you lift your vehicle, your drive line angle does not end up right. In the front this can mess up your caster angles and may be unsafe to steer.
