Sloppy Shifter Fix Bushings and Bolts
Is your transfer case stuck in neutral? Is your Transmission shifter sloppy? These are some of the most common problems with the Suzuki Samurai. Replace those stock shifter bushings and shifter bolt with the new and improved polyurethane or brass replacements and new OEM bolts.

They are easy to replace and can be done without pulling you transmission or transfercase out of the vehicle.

We do not have a preference between the Brass or Polyurethane. Both hold up very well and are great products.

Petroworks Heavy Duty Clutch
We’ve done our research to find some of the best parts available for your Samurai. We personally have found great success with the clutches from Petroworks. Currently we are running one on our Project 2.0 liter Samurai and it is working flawlessly with no chatter. It also has a great feel and continues to be our favorite clutch.

We know that there are some clutches that have the "All or Nothing" feel to them which is not the case with this high quality unit. Featuring a dual material surface for extended clutch wear during the most demanding use, the clutch will not slip or lose grip. Clutch Additions
If your swapping your clutch or pulling your Engine or Transmission you might as well replace the bearings to keep things running smooth and quite.

Replacement Clutch Cable
Stock replacement clutch cable. With use the stock cable become worn with years of use. A worn clutch cable has a vague feeling about it making it harder to "feel" the clutch. If is extremely worn it can also fray, possible leading to breakage or jamming on the trail.

Reconditioned 1.3L Flywheel
Replacing the clutch and your flywheels in bad shape? You will not get the best performance out of your new clutch without a good flywheel to grip on, especially if it is warped. Time to get a fresh one. $75 core charge.

High Clearance Transmission Crossmember
Is that factory crossmember in the way of your front driveline? It is a very common problem when you lift your Samurai and add more flex to the front end. Suzuki did not know what we would be doing to them when they designed the Samurai frame. Don’t know what to do?
Rock4x has given us a fully bolt on alternative. The new crossmember bolts on to the frame on each side and utilizes two OEM transfer-case rubber mounts. It keeps things vibration free and allows you to cut that old crossmember out of the way.

Note: You still have to leave a small part of the passenger side crossmember attached to allow your transfer case to mount up correctly.

Transmission Rebuild Parts
Is your transmission making bearing noises or shifting hard? We have a full line of Samurai Transmission Rebuild Kits and parts. Kits feature top quality Koyo and Nachi bearings. Kit also include a tube of Permatex Ultra Gray silicon. Kits available with or without syncros. Front Input shafts can also go bad on you so we offer those along with tail Shaft Bushings and the seals. We are also now carrying the factory needle bearings.

Timing Inspection Plug
This plug covers the Timing inspection hole on your bell housing to keep unwanted dust and water out, as well as that bolt you just dropped in!

Rebuilt 5 Speed Transmissions
Don’t want to rebuild it yourself? Let us do it. We go through the transmissions with fine tooth comb and replace all parts that are not up to spec including all roller bearings and syncros. We also replace the tail shaft bushing for a smooth running intermediate shaft and a long rear output seal life. Most Inputs are replaced as well.

These CNC machined billet aluminum shifter knobs feature either the Stock Transmission Shift pattern, stock transfer case shift pattern, split "H" shift pattern, the Suzuki "S" Logo or the Spidertrax Spider Logo and fits both the Samurai transmission and transfer case shifters.

Automatic Transmission Conversion Kit
Automatic transmission conversion kit for Suzuki Samurai with 1.6 engine. It is now easier than ever to enjoy the incredible off-road benefits of an automatic transmission when using a 1.6 engine in a Suzuki Samurai. These new kits allow you to use either the 3 speed or 4 speed 4WD automatic Sidekick or Tracker transmissions behind the 1.6 engine without their transfer case. This makes a much shorter transmission, therefore the Samurai transfer case can stay in its original position and still use a reasonable length intermediate Samurai driveshaft. The kit includes: Tail Shaft adapter, a universal crossmember, full circle unbreakable rear tranny mount and pre-formed side panels for the tunnel.

Automatic Tailshaft Adapter
Our Automatic Transmission Tail Shaft Adapter allows the Samurai intermediate drive shaft to be fit to the rear of the Sidekick / Tracker 4 wheel drive 3 speed automatic transmission.

“RingR”™ Suzuki Engine to Toyota Transmission Adapter
The “RingR”™ is a billet aluminum adapter that bolts in-between the Suzuki 1.6 liter 4x4 bellhousing and Toyota 4 cylinder W56 5 speed manual transmissions. Precision machined from solid billet 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum, and supplied with premium Grade 5+ hardware, the “RingR”™ setup affords much greater strength and durability to your driveline, as well as numerous gearing options to get that KILLER CRAWL RATIO you desire!!.

The “RingR”™ gives you the advantage of a stronger transmission and t-case(s), along with the ability to increase crawl ratios up to 555 to 1 !!. Slight modifications are needed for the clutch and throw out bearing.

3 Speed Automatic to 2.0 Adapter
This early 3 speed automatic transmission to 2.0 adaptor adapts the Sidekick / Tracker 3 speed automatic torque converter to the 2.0 flex plate.
